WASHINGTON is an original linocut printed directly from the block by hand. The print is signed, numbered, and dated in pencil. It dates 1972 and is number 48 in an edition of 55. The image measures 10'" x 14" and is printed one color on an archival quality off-white paper measuring 13" x 18 3/4". The print was inspired by a rural scene in the state of Washington and is part of a series made that year on a trip across country.
